As demand grew, so did we—expanding into freeze drying premium fruits and vegetables. Today, we’re a HACCP-compliant facility in Melbourne with the capacity to produce over 250kg of freeze dried goods.

Through the power of freeze drying, we preserve up to 100% of the original nutrients while locking in a bounce of flavour that’s vibrant and natural. Our process also helps reduce food waste by extending shelf life—without the need for additives. We supply retail-ready pouches to wholesalers and custom freeze dried ingredients to food manufacturers, making healthy, long-lasting food more accessible than ever.
