Freeze Dried Powder - Retail
Each 50g pouch of freeze dried strawberry powder is made from approximately half a kilogram of fresh fruit — the entire nutritional payload, condensed into a lightweight, intensely flavoured powder. A little goes a long way.
Freeze dried powders are highly concentrated by nature, meaning a small scoop delivers the full colour, flavour, and nutrients of far more fresh fruit than you'd expect. Use it in smoothies, baking, chocolate work, or anywhere you want a pure hit of strawberry without the moisture.
All pouches are resealable, food-grade stand-up pouches designed for longer shelf life and easy storage. Once opened, simply reseal tightly and store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight — your powder will stay fresh for up to two weeks after opening.

Needs 24 to saturate and develop the flavour in buttercream. Flavour profile was excellent and comparable to the brand I was previously using that has now gone out of business.
