At Forever Foods, we began our journey with a passion for freeze drying, starting with lollies and ice creams that captured the fun and flavour of childhood. As demand grew, so did we—expanding into freeze drying premium fruits and vegetables. Today, we’re a HACCP-compliant facility in Melbourne with the capacity to produce over 250kg of freeze dried goods.

Through the power of freeze drying, we preserve up to 100% of the original nutrients while locking in a bounce of flavour that’s vibrant and natural. Our process also helps reduce food waste by extending shelf life—without the need for additives. We supply retail-ready pouches to wholesalers and custom freeze dried ingredients to food manufacturers, making healthy, long-lasting food more accessible than ever.
