Storage & Freshness

Keep it airtight and bone-dry. Orange powder is fine and absorbent, so any humidity will make it clump.

Citrus powders are the quickest to harden. Always use a dry spoon and never measure over a steaming pot.

  • Use a completely dry spoon.
  • Press the air out and reseal straight after use.
  • Unopened: room temperature, away from heat and light. See the best-before date on the bag.
  • After opening: decant a working quantity and keep the main bag sealed; use within a week.
