Yes. In dry mixes like cereal, granola and chocolate it stays crisp because there is almost no moisture in it. In yoghurt, batters or drinks it rehydrates, so add it late if you want it to keep its shape.

How should I store bulk bags?

Keep bags sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. Once opened, take out what you need, reseal straight away, and use within a week.
