Broccoli Powder – Freeze Dried
Concentrated sulforaphane, vitamin C, and fibre in every teaspoon. Mild, earthy flavour that blends invisibly into savoury dishes.
Cheesy Broccoli Pasta Sauce
- 2 tbsp Broccoli Powder
- 200 g pasta of choice
- 2 tbsp cream cheese or ricotta
- ½ cup pasta water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
- Parmesan to serve
- Cook pasta to al dente; reserve ½ cup water.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil 1 min, add broccoli powder, stir 30 sec.
- Add cream cheese and pasta water; whisk into a smooth green sauce.
- Toss drained pasta in sauce. Season and top with parmesan.
Green Power Frittata
- 3 tsp Broccoli Powder
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup grated cheddar
- 1 small onion, diced
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 180 °C. Whisk eggs, milk, and broccoli powder together.
- Sauté onion in an oven-safe pan until soft.
- Pour egg mixture over onion, sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cook on stove 3 min until edges set, then bake 12 min until golden.
Spinach Powder – Freeze Dried
Iron, magnesium and vitamin K in a vibrant green powder. Neutral taste makes it the ultimate invisible nutrition booster.
Spinach & Banana Smoothie
- 1½ tsp Spinach Powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk (or regular)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey
- Handful of ice
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Spinach Powder Flatbreads
- 2 tbsp Spinach Powder
- 2 cups plain flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Mix flour, spinach powder, and salt. Make a well and add oil and water.
- Knead 5 min until smooth. Rest 10 min covered.
- Divide into 4 balls, roll thin (3mm).
- Cook in a dry hot pan 2 min each side until charred spots appear.
Kale Powder – Freeze Dried
A nutritional powerhouse — vitamins A, C, K and antioxidants in a concentrated earthy-green powder. All the superfood, none of the chopping.
Kale Powder Salad Dressing
- 1 tsp Kale Powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper
- Whisk kale powder into lemon juice until dissolved.
- Add mustard and honey; whisk to combine.
- Stream in olive oil whisking constantly until emulsified.
- Season and drizzle over any salad or grain bowl.
Kale-Boosted Scrambled Eggs
- 1 tsp Kale Powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cream or milk
- Salt, pepper, chives to serve
- Whisk eggs, cream and kale powder until combined and pale green.
- Melt butter over low heat; add egg mixture.
- Stir gently and slowly with a spatula, removing from heat when just set.
- Serve on toast with chives and flaky salt.
Celery Powder – Freeze Dried
A natural flavour enhancer and sodium alternative with a mild savoury edge. Rich in vitamin K and natural nitrates to support blood pressure.
Celery Powder Bloody Mary Mix
- 1 tsp Celery Powder
- 400 ml tomato juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, pepper
- Ice and garnish (celery, lemon)
- Stir celery powder into tomato juice until dissolved.
- Add Worcestershire, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Pour over ice, garnish and serve. Add vodka for the classic version.
Celery-Spiced Chicken Rub
- 2 tsp Celery Powder
- 800 g chicken thighs or breast
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Combine all spices, celery powder, and olive oil into a paste.
- Rub generously over chicken; marinate 30 min (or overnight).
- Cook in a hot pan or grill 5–7 min per side until cooked through.
- Rest 5 min before serving with salad or roasted veg.
Pumpkin – Freeze Dried Shredded
Rehydrates quickly into tender shredded pumpkin. Packed with beta-carotene and vitamin A, with a naturally sweet flavour. Perfect for baking and soups.
10-Minute Pumpkin Soup
- 1 cup Freeze-Dried Shredded Pumpkin
- 2 cups vegetable or chicken stock
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper
- Pumpkin seeds and cream to serve
- Combine pumpkin and stock in a pot; bring to a simmer 5 min until softened.
- Add coconut cream, ginger and cumin. Stir well.
- Blend with a stick blender until smooth.
- Season, ladle into bowls and top with seeds and a cream swirl.
Pumpkin & Feta Savoury Muffins
- ¾ cup Freeze-Dried Shredded Pumpkin (rehydrated in ¾ cup warm water)
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 g feta, crumbled
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin, salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 190 °C. Rehydrate pumpkin 5 min, drain excess water.
- Whisk eggs, milk and oil. Fold in flour, pumpkin, feta and spices.
- Spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake 20–22 min until golden.
- Cool 5 min before turning out. Serve warm.
Sweet Potato Diced – Freeze Dried
Rehydrates into perfectly tender cubes of sweet potato. Complex carbs, vitamin B6 and natural sweetness — ideal for curries, salads and baking.
Sweet Potato & Chickpea Curry
- 1½ cups Freeze-Dried Sweet Potato Diced
- 400 g can chickpeas, drained
- 400 ml can coconut milk
- 2 tbsp curry paste (tikka or madras)
- 1 onion, diced
- 400 ml water or stock
- Coriander and rice to serve
- Sauté onion 3 min, add curry paste and cook 1 min.
- Add sweet potato (no need to pre-soak), chickpeas, coconut milk and water.
- Simmer 12–15 min until sweet potato is tender and sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice with fresh coriander.
Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash
- 1 cup Freeze-Dried Sweet Potato Diced (rehydrated 10 min in warm water)
- 4 eggs
- ½ red capsicum, diced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Spring onion and chilli to serve
- Drain rehydrated sweet potato and pat dry with paper towel.
- Heat oil in a pan on high; fry sweet potato until crispy at edges, 5–6 min.
- Add capsicum and paprika; cook 2 min more.
- Make 4 wells, crack in eggs, cover and cook until whites are set. Serve immediately.
Peas Podded – Freeze Dried
Sweet, bright, and protein-rich — freeze-dried peas snap back to life with minimal water. A pantry staple for plant-based protein boosts.
Smashed Pea & Ricotta Toast
- ½ cup Freeze-Dried Peas (rehydrated in warm water 5 min)
- 4 slices sourdough
- ½ cup ricotta
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon
- Fresh mint or basil
- Olive oil, salt, chilli flakes
- Toast bread until golden.
- Drain peas; smash roughly with a fork. Add lemon zest, juice, olive oil and salt.
- Spread ricotta on toast, spoon smashed peas on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil, add fresh herbs and chilli flakes.
Pea & Ham Pasta
- ½ cup Freeze-Dried Peas
- 180 g spaghetti or linguine
- 100 g sliced ham or prosciutto
- ½ cup pouring cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- Parmesan and black pepper
- Cook pasta; add freeze-dried peas directly to the boiling pasta water in the last 2 min.
- Meanwhile, fry ham until crisp, add garlic 30 sec, then cream. Simmer 2 min.
- Drain pasta and peas; toss into the cream sauce.
- Serve with generous parmesan and cracked pepper.
Sweet Corn Kernels – Freeze Dried
Naturally sweet, crunchy kernels that rehydrate beautifully or eat straight from the bag as a snack. A kid-friendly vegetable powerhouse.
Corn & Cheese Fritters
- ¾ cup Freeze-Dried Sweet Corn Kernels (rehydrated 10 min)
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup grated cheddar
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- Salt, pepper, oil for frying
- Drain corn well and pat dry.
- Whisk eggs and milk; stir in flour until smooth batter forms.
- Fold in corn, cheese and spring onions. Season well.
- Fry spoonfuls in oil 3 min per side until golden. Serve with sour cream.
Mexican Corn Salad (Esquites)
- 1 cup Freeze-Dried Sweet Corn Kernels (rehydrated)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup crumbled feta or cotija
- 1 tsp smoked paprika + ½ tsp chilli powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh coriander
- Rehydrate corn, drain well, then pan-fry in a hot dry pan 4–5 min until charred.
- Transfer to bowl; stir in mayo, lime juice, and spices while still warm.
- Top with feta and coriander. Serve warm or at room temperature.
