Each 50g pouch of freeze dried strawberry powder is made from approximately half a kilogram of fresh fruit — the entire nutritional payload, condensed into a lightweight, intensely flavoured powder. A little goes a long way.
Freeze dried powders are highly concentrated by nature, meaning a small scoop delivers the full colour, flavour, and nutrients of far more fresh fruit than you'd expect. Use it in smoothies, baking, chocolate work, or anywhere you want a pure hit of strawberry without the moisture.
All pouches are resealable, food-grade stand-up pouches designed for longer shelf life and easy storage. Once opened, simply reseal tightly and store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight — your powder will stay fresh for up to two weeks after opening.

This ice cream is so yummy. I first had this in the 80s in America. Anyway I was dreaming about it so I went looking for it online and im so glad I found an Aussie company. Anyway after i ve eaten all my icecream, I reckon ill try their freeze dried vege and fruit powders. Very happy with product and service.

Really enjoying this pomegranate powder
I’ve been using the Freeze Dried Australia Pomegranate Powder mixed into Gippsland yoghurt, and it’s been great. The flavour is light and tasty nicely tangy without being too strong - and it mixes in easily.
I like how simple it is to use, and a little goes a long way. My daughter Rachel has tried some of mine and really enjoys it too, so I’ve been encouraging her to grab her own pack.
Overall, it’s an easy, good quality product that fits well into a daily routine. Very happy with it.
